"I can’t recommend Martin at Crescent Comfort enough. Our A/C went out during one of the hottest days of the year, and the temperature inside our house climbed to 88°. He responded quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had us back up and running the same day. What really stood out was that Martin never pressured us into the most expensive option. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, walked us through multiple repair options that fit our budget, and made sure we understood the pros and cons of each. That level of honesty and transparency is hard to find. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient with all of my questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people instead of just making a sale. By the time he left, our A/C was blowing cold again, and our house was finally comfortable. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that is honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly puts the customer first, ask for Martin at Crescent Comfort. We will absolutely be calling them again for any future HVAC needs. Thank you, Martin, for turning a miserable 88-degree house into a comfortable home again!"

"When I came home and found it hotter inside than outside, I knew something was not working right! I was so happy that I did not have to call around trying to find someone I could trust and afford to come out to my house and fix the issue because a friend of mine had recently had a similar situation, and she told me all about Bodie. So, I knew right away who I was going to call. I cannot recommend Martin "Bodie" Hollingsworth, owner of Crescent Comfort Heating & Cooling, highly enough! My heating/cooling system is about 30 years old, and the AC unit is on the roof, so I figured it wasn't going to be an easy job. I honestly wasn't sure it could be repaired, and was worried about the cost, but Bodie took the time to diagnose the issue and got my old rooftop unit working again, better than ever! What really impressed me was his professionalism and communication. He was running a little behind schedule, but instead of leaving me wondering, he texted me to keep me informed. He even included a photo of himself in the text so I would know exactly who to expect when he arrived. (What a cutie pie.) On top of that, he called me while he was on the way and let me know how far away he was. Those small details show how much he values his customers' time and comfort. Bodie has recently started his own HVAC business, and if this experience is any indication, Crescent Comfort Heating & Cooling is going to be very successful. He is honest, dependable, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he keeps his word. It's refreshing to find someone who takes such pride in both his work and customer service. If you're looking for an HVAC technician you can trust, look no further than Martin "Bodie" Hollingsworth and Crescent Comfort Heating & Cooling. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. I'm going to be telling everyone I know about him!"

Martin, the owner, was honest, knowledgeable, and focused on helping me get more life out of my existing A/C instead of trying to sell me a new one. He made practical recommendations, cleaned the unit. I highly recommend them."

"Martin with Crescent Comfort was so incredibly helpful! I have been having issues with my AC for the past 3 years since moving into this rental townhome. Management has sent many different technicians from different companies and this is the first time I have received real solutions. Martin spent the afternoon running diagnostics and working on our unit. He spent more time helping us than any other technician has. He was very friendly and my dog even liked him so that was great!"

"I had the great fortune of working with the CEO, when I ran into a potential AC crisis. I was quoted $600 from another company and they wanted to cut a pipe to my furnace!! And do 4 hours of work!! Crescent came and didn't have to do any of that my system is more than fine, it's in great condition and the duct work that was done by the builder is why we were having troubles but he helped me find a easy fix. They even cleaned air conditioner outside before he left. I mean talk about going from crisis to overjoyed. They have a great membership that I i can essentially get both my spring a fall check up for what 1 usually costs. Thank you so so so much"
